About the role
As a video engineer you will build large-scale and high-performing video based platforms and services. Your main focus will be the development and deployment of audio/video features of our platform. You must be comfortable working across multiple platforms and environments. You will need to have: Experience in building client-facing media applications using React Familiarity with media container formats (mp4, webm), codecs and streaming protocols (MSS, DASH, HLS) Experience working with FFmpeg, GStreamer Experience with WebRTC, audio/video integration and tuning Working knowledge of media transcoding pipelines Familiarity with our core technology stack Node, React, Postgres, DynamoDB, AWS Strong problem solving and design skills Experiment with new technologies and share discoveries with the team B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science or related technology field, MCA
