WE ARE HIRING | Customer Support & Project Deployment Engineer Video Management Systems (VMS) We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on skilled in the Video Surveillance and Physical Security domain to join our team. If you have worked with a VMS OEM and have successfully deployed, commissioned, and supported complex surveillance projects, we would like to hear from you. Role: Customer Support & Project Deployment Engineer Experience: 310+ Years Location: NOIDA Industry: Video Surveillance / Physical Security / VMS Key Responsibilities: - Installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of enterprise Video Management Systems (VMS) - End-to-end deployment and successful handover of surveillance projects - Integration of CCTV cameras, video analytics, storage, servers, networking equipment, and third-party systems - Customer support, issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution - Preparation of project documentation, testing reports, and handover documents - Onsite deployment and support for mission-critical surveillance projects Required Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Video Management Systems Thorough understanding of IP Video Surveillance architecture Windows & Linux Operating Systems TCP/IP Networking, VLANs, Routing & Switching Unicast & Multicast Video Streaming SAN, NAS & Enterprise Storage Server Hardware & Virtualization CCTV Cameras, Encoders & Decoders Video Analytics Integration System Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting Basic Cybersecurity concepts for surveillance systems Desired Candidate Profile: Must have worked with a VMS OEM, Video Surveillance OEM, or a reputed Security Technology company Proven experience in deploying medium to very large surveillance projects (hundreds/thousands of cameras) Experience in handling technically challenging and mission-critical projects Strong troubleshooting, customer interaction, and project ownership skills Ability to independently execute projects from installation to customer acceptance We are looking for professionals who take complete ownership of a project and ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
