UI-UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements and product initiatives into intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design cohesive and end-to-end user experiences across various products. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business goals, product initiatives, and Clickup tickets into clear user flows, information architecture, and seamless end-to-end user experiences. - Design wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design intent and product behavior. - Own and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to usability and accessibility standards. - Leverage Figma extensively for design, collaboration, and prototyping, and maintain shared design libraries. - Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance workflows, explore design alternatives, and improve design quality. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-centric design solutions aligned with business and product goals. - Incorporate user feedback, usability findings, and data insights into iterative design improvements. - Support engineers during implementation to maintain design quality and fidelity. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven 5-8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work. - Hands-on experience in video editing using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals. - Experience working in agile environments and collaborating using tools like Jira or similar product tracking systems. - Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging design technologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
