Profile Job Description Job Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Experience 7- 8 years of experience in procurement, manufacturing of mechanical equipment. Mechanical designs for all projects. Preparation of Bill of Material for all the systems. Preparation of data sheets for all the components to be procured. Identification and qualifying vendors for all the components to be procured. Coordinate with the Principal s for the supply of proprietary components for the system. Coordinate with all other internal departments marketing, purchasemanufacturing. Quality Control and Inspection of components procured and finished systems assembled. Monitor the assembly line of the systems for timely delivery of the systems. Preparation of detailed monthly manufacturing plan for the systems based on the orders received for each system. Updating and monitoring quality standards as per the requirement of the systems Interact with Purchase department for timely procurement of materials. Timely delivery of the systems based on the orders received.
