About the role
Raw material inspection at inward as per IS2062 & & IS2500 sampling plan standard. Doing in process inspections in all workstations. Tracking of various in process rejections and their root cause analysis. Analyze and clarification of requirements with a customer,purchase and stores. Providing technical support to the customers. Taking quality internal audits to improve manufacturing procedures. Doing root cause analysis by using 7 qc tools. Support the developments of new products. Use control chart for process control. Use 8D tool as problem solving in quality. Responsible for calibration of all the instruments & &exploring alternate vendor for calibration. Maintain inspection reports,test certificates,and quality records. Maintain proper records of test results for audits and compliance. Work with production teams to reduce rejection rates and improve quality.
