Sr. Safety Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Safety Engineer to join our team on an onsite basis in Vikas Bhatewara Ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering and be able to apply their skills to ensure the highest standards of safety. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all aspects of operations. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices. Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures. Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to management. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in safety engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
