About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech-Support professional to join our team at Vikas Mantra Public School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Provide technical assistance and support to students, teachers, and staff. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices. Develop and implement procedures for technical support and maintenance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure. Train and guide students on the use of technology and software applications. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with educational software and technologies. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
