Job Role:- ServiceNow Developer Location:- Bangalore Exp:-2-8 yrs NP:-immediate joiner only Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the ITOM suite. Lead the implementation of the Event Management module to enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate ServiceNow with various third-party tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance functionality. Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance for all developed solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Create and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and workflows. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITOM, specifically in the Event Management module. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and applications. Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITOM Certification) is a plus. Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management) is an advantage.
