About the role
As a candidate for the role at Actemium India, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing MEP technical inputs during the tendering phase of 400KV substation projects. Your primary tasks will include supporting bid preparation, reviewing tender documents, estimating costs, coordinating with various teams, and providing technical clarifications during the tender stage. Key Responsibilities: - Support bid preparation by developing MEP Technical proposals for 400KV substation projects. - Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify MEP scope and requirements. - Estimate costs, prepare BOQs, and define resources/prepare RFQs to vendors for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. - Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and compliant offers to clients and vendors/suppliers. - Provide technical clarifications and support during client queries in the tender stage. Qualifications: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Experience in MEP Engineering in high voltage substations (400KV) projects. - Strong knowledge of tendering processes, cost estimation, technical documentation, and International Standards. - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
