Process Engineering Engineer -General Assembly Shop

We are looking for a Process Engineering Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes in the General Assembly Shop. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize assembly processes for vehicle production. Create and maintain JES (Job Element Sheets), PFMEA, and process documentation. Manage and validate MBOM and EBOM structures. Work with Teamcenter, 3D manufacturing tools, and engineering data. Support selection, setup, and validation of tightening tools and assembly equipment. Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and process capability studies. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support new vehicle launches and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Manufacturing, or related Engineering. 28 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing or General Assembly. Strong knowledge of JES, PFMEA, MSA, Teamcenter, MBOM, EBOM, 3D tools, tightening systems, and problem-solving methodologies. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
