About the role
Job Summary: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology and development teams, oversee the development and implementation of new technologies, and ensure the technological resources align with the company's business goals. The CTO will drive innovation, manage technology infrastructure, and create strategies for future technological advancements. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all technology-based services. Demonstrated success in Emerging technologies like AI/ML/Data Engineer/Data Science projects from conception to implementation and scaling. Leadership and Team Management: Manage, mentor, and lead the technology and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and qualified growth. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and development of the technology team members. Establish standards and procedures to track and measure the performance of the team. Product Development and Management: Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture. Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and translate these into technical requirements and products. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services. Innovation and Technology Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the business. Promote a culture of innovation and exploration within the technology teams. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Optimize technology costs while ensuring high-quality outputs and performance. Security and Risk Management: Implement and oversee a robust cybersecurity strategy .
