RESPONSIBILITIES: JD For Desktop Support (Exp 5-8yrs) 1.Installation Operating Systems: Windows 7 / Windows 8/Windows 10 & 11, Ubuntu 16.0, 18.04,20.04/ Mac OS/ Installation of Server 2003, Server2008, Server2012 2. System Hardware installation (RAM, Hard-drive, SMPS, MAC-mini HDD, Motherboards, etc) 3. Knowledge of firewalls (Cyberome, Pfsense, Fortigate). 4. Installing and Managing Network printers, WiFi, Switches Routers, etc. Cabling, patching, and LAN troubleshooting. Managing a network of about 300 workstations 5. E-Mail Client Configuration & Support (Microsoft Outlook, office 365, Windows live mail Thunderbird mail.) 6. IT Assets Inventory Management 7. Installation of LAMP/ XAMPP (PHP+Apache + Mysql) Upgradation & downgrade of versions, Knowledge of GIT and Github - Knowledge of SQL Server Installation and Its backup and Restore, IIS installation, visual studio 2017,2019 SQL Express 8. Provided technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems, including desktop, laptop, LAN, and remote systems. 9. Creating and managing VPN, Disaster management & Backups 10. Manage DVR and CCTV cameras, wifi cameras and Access doors .
