As a Technical Lead / Technical Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end technical execution across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Technical Architecture & Solution Design: - Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures. - Defining technical approach, frameworks, integrations, APIs, and deployment strategies. - Ensuring architecture alignment with business requirements and performance expectations. - Hands-on Development & Engineering: - Actively contributing to coding and development activities for critical modules. - Writing clean, optimized, reusable, and production-grade code. - Supporting development teams in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Team Management & Technical Leadership: - Managing and leading development teams across multiple simultaneous projects. - Mentoring developers, guiding them on technical problem-solving, and career growth. - Conducting regular technical discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team reviews. - Code Review & Quality Assurance: - Conducting detailed code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security compliance. - Enforcing engineering best practices and version control standards. - Working closely with QA teams to ensure defect-free releases and improved engineering quality. - Client & Stakeholder Management: - Attending client meetings, translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Communicating technical risks, dependencies, timelines, and solutions effectively with stakeholders. - Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation: - Participating in pre-sales calls, providing effort estimations, architecture recommendations. - Supporting business teams in defining technically feasible and scalable solutions. - Delivery & Project Ownership: - Handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery quality and timelines. - Monitoring project health, technical risks, dependencies, and resource utilization. - Ensuring smooth deployment, production support, and release management. Must-Have Skills: - Technical Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in software development using modern technologies such as JavaScript frameworks, Python / Java / .NET, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Cloud platforms. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, DevOps practices, and deployment automation. - Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving capabilities. - Leadership & Soft Skills: - Strong team management and mentoring capability. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, enterprise applications, or cloud-native platforms. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum project management methodologies. - Knowledge of security best practices and performance engineering.
