Role Summary: The Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing steel structure projects handled by Vinton Engineering. The role involves drawing coordination, fabrication follow-up, site erection, quality, safety, schedule control, and client coordination, while handling multiple projects in parallel. The candidate will act as a lead technical coordinator between site teams, fabrication units, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate steel structure execution from drawings to erection Review shop drawings and recommend for approval Plan fabrication, delivery, and erection sequences Monitor progress, productivity, and timelines Lead coordination with client, architect, and PMC Ensure quality standards and safety compliance Support billing, documentation, and handover Mandatory usage of ERP for project tracking Guide and mentor site engineers and junior engineers Key Skills Steel structure fabrication & erection Bolted and welded connections Roofing / façade support steel Multi-project coordination ERP-based project monitoring Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Exposure Industrial / architectural steel projects Client-facing coordination roles Handling multiple sites/projects simultaneously *Note: This role is strictly for Mechanical background with steel structure experience.
