About the role
Role Overview: You will be an analytically minded and data-driven individual contributor supporting the Marketing Analytics team. Your role will involve harnessing data to drive marketing insights, enhance campaign effectiveness, and aid strategic decision-making. Working closely with various data sources, you will ensure data accuracy, perform analysis, and generate insights for a better understanding of customers, campaigns, and the competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver actionable insights by analyzing and visualizing data from CRM systems, social media platforms, and third-party sources. - Proactively improve data quality by identifying gaps, cleansing datasets, and implementing data governance best practices. - Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics and provide regular updates on campaign performance, customer segmentation, and market trends. - Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to analyze marketing data and develop customer segmentation strategies and propensity models. - Bring innovative ideas to enhance the ability to leverage data for deeper marketing insights and recommend new data sources, tools, and technologies to improve analytics capabilities. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data science role, focusing on using data to drive marketing decisions. - Advanced SQL skills; proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. - Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data, with a keen attention to detail and commitment to data quality. - Effective communication skills to convey data findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports. - Masters degree in an analytics-oriented field (e.g., computer science, statistics, marketing analytics, business analytics).
