L3 Incident Response: Lead production issue resolution and on-call shifts. Debug Java/Oracle issues using dumps and monitoring tools. Maintain middleware pipelines (Kafka, APIGEE, Azure). Use AI tools (Claude Code, MCP) to streamline support. Required Candidate profile Candidates must be from Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore only. 8+ years in Java/J2EE with L3/SRE experience experience in the e-commerce industry.
