Performance Testing

You will be a part of a fast-growing tech consultancy firm specializing in IT services and digital transformation. Your role will be crucial in the performance engineering team, where you will ensure applications deliver seamless user experiences under peak loads by simulating real-world traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing cloud-native and legacy landscapes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools for web, API, and microservices architectures. - Simulate enterprise-scale loads to validate system behavior under stress, endurance, and spike conditions. - Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left quality practices. - Analyze performance metrics (response time, throughput, error rate, resource utilization) and provide actionable insights for optimization. - Document test strategies, results, and tuning recommendations for stakeholders, including developers, architects, and product owners. - Proactively identify performance anti-patterns and suggest architectural or configuration-level fixes to enhance scalability and stability. Qualifications Required: - Must-Have: - JMeter - LoadRunner - Performance Monitoring Tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) - API Testing (REST/SOAP) - CI/CD Integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI) - Linux/Unix Command Line - Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Performance Tuning Concepts (Scaling, Caching, Database Optimization) - Preferred: - NeoLoad or Gatling - Kubernetes Performance Benchmarking - Monitoring Dashboards (Grafana, Prometheus) You will have the opportunity to work in an on-site environment with modern tech infrastructure and collaborative teams.
