We architect, implement, and optimize ServiceNow platforms to streamline IT operations, enhance workforce productivity, and enable intelligent automation via AI-powered workflows and low-code innovation. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across ITIL modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and custom business workflows. Build scalable solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scripted Business Rules—ensuring alignment with security, performance, and governance standards. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SAP, Splunk) using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Optimize platform performance through glide scripts, UI policies, client scripts, and backend automation (Scheduled Jobs, Data Policies). Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow enhancements. Support release management, perform UAT coordination, and maintain documentation for deployments and knowledge transfer.
