About The Opportunity A fast-scaling HR tech & enterprise solutions partner serving Fortune 500 clients across BFSI, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors, we specialize in end-to-end Workday implementation, customization, and optimization. Our team architects scalable HR, Finance, and Payroll solutions on the Workday platformdelivered with precision, agility, and deep domain expertise. Were building the next generation of intelligent, compliant, and user-centric enterprise HR systems. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and REST APIs to connect with ERP, ATS, and payroll systems.Configure Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules including security roles, business processes, and reporting dashboards.Lead technical requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT support for Workday implementations and upgrades.Build and maintain custom calculations, calculated fields, and complex business processes using Workday Studio and XSLT.Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business needs into technical Workday configurations.Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of Workday workflows and integrations.
