We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily operations at our construction site in Nagothane, located in Roha Taluka, Maharashtra. The role involves construction plan, design, manage, and oversee infrastructure projects (buildings, bridges, roads), ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence by creating blueprints, conducting site analyses, managing teams, solving technical issues, coordinating stakeholders (architects, contractors), and ensuring compliance with regulations from start to (maintenance) finish, bridging design concepts with physical reality. Key Responsibilities: Design & Planning: Create blueprints, drawings, and specifications for structures using CAD and modeling software Feasibility Studies: Conduct site investigations, analyze data, and assess project risks and viability. Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed engineering reports and construction documents Site Supervision & Execution: On-Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities (foundations, concrete, rebar). Quality Control: Ensure work meets design specs, standards, and measurements. Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and design issues in real-time. Safety & Compliance: Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental and zoning laws. Billing and Reporting: Understand billing requirements and collect necessary details for invoicing. Prepare billing documents and ensure accuracy before submission. Coordinate the billing data and share updates with the office team. Documentation: Prepare progress reports, technical files, and project documentation. Regulatory Review: Ensure compliance with all building codes and permits. Machinery and Equipment Management: Monitor daily usage and working hours of machines and equipment. Handle machinery issues, coordinate maintenance, and ensure proper functioning of all site equipment. Maintain records of machine downtime, repairs, and servicing schedules. Work Tracking and Documentation: Prepare daily updates in Excel, including work completed, machine usage, and billing data. Collect and organize billing details for completed tasks and ensure readiness of billing documents. Conduct regular quality checks and risk assessments for ongoing work. Submit daily progress reports and billing data to the office and management team. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with the site management team and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Address site issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary. Manage email correspondence with clients and stakeholders regarding billing and other site details. Worker and Resource Management: Supervise workers and ensure effective task allocation and productivity. Manage workers' accommodations and welfare at the site. Handle material procurement and purchasing at the site, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality. Additional Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments. Oversee the purchasing of materials and other supplies required for construction activities. Ensure proper documentation for all activities and maintain organized records. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of construction machinery and equipment. Proficiency in MS Excel and other documentation tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. .
