JD for Role 1 (Electrical-BIM Modeler): Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Electrical BIM modelling and coordination activities for projects. Review and ensure quality compliance of BIM deliverables through established QA/QC workflows Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools. Support CAD to BIM implementation and workflow optimization JD for Role 2 (Mechanical-BIM Modeler): Key Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of Mechanical BIM Modeling, Coordination, and Shop Drawing Production. Understanding of BIM execution plans, standards, and project workflows. Experience in model review, clash detection, and quality control processes. Knowledge of quantity take-offs and construction documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
