The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing advanced AI solutions that leverage agentic capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models focusing on Generative AI and Multi-Agent systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that align with business objectives. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies, particularly in Gen AI and LLMs. Implement best practices for model training, evaluation, and optimization. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of a strong AI/ML engineering team. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Generative AI and Multi-Agent LLMs. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures. Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based AI solutions. Preferred Skills Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies.
