'Min exp - 6+ yrs Strong programming skills in Java / C# / Python but experience GO language is highly preferred Experience working with AI / GenAI and agentic tools Good understanding of system design and scalable architectures Ability to design AI systems by analysing problems and applying ML/GenAI approaches Experience in building and productionising end-to-end AI solutions Understanding of model evaluation and selection, going beyond basic metrics Ability to design and build RAG-based systems and optimise LLM flows for performance and cost Experience in building APIs to integrate AI agents with internal and external systems Experience in evaluating and improving agent performance (prompts, tools, orchestration) Exposure to observability, logging, and debugging for AI systems Capable of designing and deploying scalable AI applications and microservices Interest in applying AI-driven (non-deterministic) approaches for business outcomes Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Proactive mindset with ownership and initiative Interest in staying up to date with the fast-evolving GenAI space'
