About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EMR, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs. Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team. Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on technical decisions. Job Requirements : 6-11 years of experience in Java development with expertise in React.JS. Strong understanding of AWS services including S3, Lambda, EMR, etc. Experience leading or managing a team of developers is essential.
