About the role
Key Responsibilities: Design and architect solutions using Power Apps (Canvas), Power Automate, SharePoint, and Nintex Workflows/Forms. Lead the migration of Nintex Workflows & Forms to Power Platform, ensuring smooth transition and mnimal business impact. Hands on knowledge on InfoPath forms Develop custom Power Automate workflows to replace legacy Nintex workflows, integrating with SharePoint and other systems. Provide technical guidance on best practices, governance, and scalability in Power Platform and Nintex solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver optimized automation solutions. Work with development teams to build custom connectors, APIs, and integrations as required. Ensure compliance with security, compliance, and performance best practices. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior developers and Power Platform team members. Required Skills & Experience: Power Platform: Solid expertise in Power Apps (Canvas), Power Automate and Dataverse Hands-on experience in building custom connectors, API integrations, and automation workflows. Nintex Expertise: Extensive experience with Nintex Workflows & Nintex Forms. Hands-on experience in Nintex workflow automation and migration to Power Automate. Ability to redesign complex Nintex workflows into Power Automate flows while optimizing performance. SharePoint & Integrations: Strong expertise in SharePoint Online / On-Premise, including lists, libraries, permissions Architecture & Governance: Experience in Power Platform governance, security, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and DLP (Data Loss Prevention). Ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade automation solutions. Preferred Skills: Microsoft PL-600 / PL-400 certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
