As a Pega Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications such as Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Customer Service. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Developing and maintaining Pega PRPC applications, focusing on case management, decision management, and integration with other systems. - Independently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Pega applications. - Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure high quality. - Adhering to best practices and coding standards. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, with a strong track record of working on various projects and modules. - Certification as a Senior System Architect (CSSA) is mandatory. - Deep understanding of Pega's core concepts, including case management, decision management, and integration. - Proven expertise in developing solutions using Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Pega Customer Service. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
