About the role
As a QA Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing testing initiatives for various projects related to Core Banking, Wholesale Credit & Risk, Trade Finance, Equities, and Murex. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing the testing strategy and execution for core banking and financial services projects - Creating API and microservices automated test suites - Demonstrating strong knowledge in Murex booking system and trade booking using Murex - Developing and maintaining frameworks using test automation tools - Utilizing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, SOAPUI, and Jenkins to support test automation - Implementing a strategic approach to uplift automation and planning - Applying proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript - Conducting Security & Penetration Testing, Performance, and Volume testing Qualifications required for this role include: - Certification in software testing or quality assurance (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) - Experience with Playwright and trade cycle - Understanding and working experience in the capital markets area, familiar with OTC Trade life cycle - Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices Please note that there is no additional company information provided in the job description.
