Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and pain points. Document business requirements, user stories, and use cases to drive Salesforce Lightning Cloud implementations. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize business needs. Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business goals and maximize user adoption. Process Mapping & Optimization Map current business processes and propose process improvements using Salesforce Lightning. Lead process re-engineering efforts to streamline workflows and increase efficiency through Salesforce Cloud solutions. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop test plans and execute UAT for new Salesforce features and enhancements. Coordinate with users to ensure current features meet business needs and function as expected. Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised during testing.
