Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Salesforce QA tools to ensure high-quality software releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce CRM data objects such as fields, picklists, and workflows. Analyze defect reports from stakeholders and work closely with developers to resolve issues. Job Requirements : 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Salesforce QA automation testing. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform including its architecture, features, and best practices. Proficiency in developing automated tests using various programming languages such as Apex or Lightning Web Components.
