Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications. Design and implement RESTful APIs using FastAPI and related frameworks. Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database queries and schemas. Integrate third-party APIs, SOAP services, and external systems. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum development processes. Deploy and maintain applications in Linux environments. Create technical documentation and unit tests. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with FastAPI and API development. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services. Experience with PostgreSQL. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Experience with Git version control. Omantel - Concealed Experience working in Linux environments. Knowledge of JSON and API integrations. Hands-on experience with Postman and SoapUI. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Odoo ERP development and customization. Docker and containerization. SQLAlchemy ORM. CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines. GraphQL. AI/OpenAI integrations. Experience with middleware and system integrations. Tools & Technologies Python, FastAPI, Odoo, PostgreSQL, SQL Alchemy, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Postman, SoapUI, Docker, Git, Linux, JSON, GraphQL, CI/CD, OpenShift, NGINX Educational Qualification Bachelor& Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidate Profile 6–10 years of hands-on Python development experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
