About the role
Data Insights Studio is a Global BI Engineering team that drives scalable, and reusable business intelligence capabilities across regions and functions by establishing standards/frameworks. The team partners with business, product, data engineering, and technology teams to deliver high-quality scalable BI solutions, semantic models, automation/productivity, and analytics products that improve decisionmaking and operational efficiency. About the role You will be a handson technical architect and senior individual contributor in BI Engineering within Visa's Global Data AI organization, reporting to the Lead, Data Insights Studio. You will operate from our Global Shared Services hub in Bengaluru, partnering with various Consulting and internal Data Science teams to deliver highimpact BI solutions across products and markets. You will be responsible to design scalable, reusable data solutions, drive engineering standards and best practices, and drive frameworkled development to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of delivery across the data ecosystem. Primary responsibilities Establish BI Engineering architecture standards and reusable frameworks for dashboards, reports, semantic models, datasets, pipelines, KPIs/metrics, documentation, and performance. Establish BI Lifecycle management and certification by identifying duplicate reports, defining trustedreport criteria, and improving report discoverability. Drive utilization of governed semantic layers, certified datasets, and reusable components to boost analytics effectiveness.
