Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 12-16 years of relevant work experience with 2+ years in engineering management roles,OR. Masters degree with at least 10-16 years of relevant work experience with 2+ years in engineering management roles. Experience in management roles,leading senior engineers or other managers,where "leading at scale" was required.
