Job Title: SAP SD / CS Consultant Location: Pune (Onsite) Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / CS Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP customization, application support, process standardization, system testing, and documentation while collaborating with global stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to international SAP transformation and alignment initiatives. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize SAP SD and CS modules based on business requirements. Provide first-level user support and SAP application maintenance. Perform system testing, defect analysis, and documentation. Support SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. Contribute to global SAP alignment and process standardization initiatives. Collaborate with international business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Participate in change management and continuous process improvement activities. Ensure timely issue resolution and deliver high-quality SAP solutions. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and CS modules. Experience in at least 2 SAP implementations or 1 rollout project (mandatory). Strong knowledge of SAP SD and Customer Service processes. Experience in process standardization and SAP best practices. Exposure to Western/IT consulting environments. Excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills. Proficiency in English (Very Good) and Hindi (Native/Very Good) . Ability to work effectively in a global delivery environment. Preferred Skills Experience in M&A integration and change management. Knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services). Experience working with international clients and global SAP projects. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Mandatory Certifications SAP SD Certification. Functional Consultant Certification. SAP ECC SD Certification.
