About the role
As a Fresher Python Developer with a keen interest in AI and modern data technologies, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and AI workflows - Work on AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications - Build integrations using LangChain, LangGraph, and Vertex AI - Process and transform large datasets using PySpark - Work with APIs, vector databases, and cloud-based AI services - Participate in system design discussions and technical brainstorming - Debug, optimize, and improve application performance - Collaborate with product, backend, and AI engineering teams Qualifications required for this role include: - Good knowledge of Python programming - Understanding of APIs, JSON, and REST services - Basic understanding of AI/LLM concepts and AI agents - Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks - Basic understanding of Google Vertex AI or cloud AI platforms - Knowledge of data structures and problem-solving - Understanding of databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL - Good analytical and logical thinking skills Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role are: - Knowledge of PySpark for large-scale data processing - Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) - Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate - Exposure to FastAPI or Flask - Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP) - Knowledge of Git and version control In addition to the technical qualifications, you should hold a B.Tech / MCA / BCA / M.Tech or related technical degree. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible to apply. Personal AI projects, GitHub contributions, experience working with LLM APIs, participation in hackathons or AI competitions, and a strong curiosity to learn emerging AI technologies are considered as good-to-have qualifications. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on real-world AI product development, Agentic AI architectures, enterprise-scale AI systems, cloud-native AI deployment, big data processing workflows, and modern backend engineering practices. Please note that this is a full-time in-person position with an annual salary ranging from 200,000.00 to 400,000.00.
