About the role
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python-based backend services and AI workflows. You will work on AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications. Additionally, you will build integrations using LangChain, LangGraph, and Vertex AI, process and transform large datasets using PySpark, work with APIs, vector databases, and cloud-based AI services, participate in system design discussions and technical brainstorming, debug, optimize, and improve application performance, and collaborate with product, backend, and AI engineering teams. Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of Python programming - Understanding of APIs, JSON, and REST services - Basic understanding of AI/LLM concepts and AI agents - Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks - Basic understanding of Google Vertex AI or cloud AI platforms - Knowledge of data structures and problem-solving - Understanding of databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL - Good analytical and logical thinking skills Company Details (if present in JD): Visdum is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company in the Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) space.
