About the role
As a POS & Retail (PaaS)- Lead Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the technical setup, deployment, and localization of a custom PaaS integration layer for enterprise POS SaaS transformation programs. You will play a crucial role in adapting global integration architectures to meet local market requirements and ensure seamless data flow between POS, ERP (SAP S/4HANA), and CRM platforms while adhering to enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute the rollout of a custom Azure-based PaaS integration layer based on predefined global architectures - Analyse and configure API and event-driven integration flows for retail entities including Sales, Returns, Inventory, Payments, Product, and Pricing - Define and configure REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON data transformations aligned with regional data mapping requirements - Troubleshoot and configure integration flows using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, and Azure SQL - Ensure local configurations comply with global cloud blueprints and architecture standards - Facilitate the integration of POS SaaS platforms with enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA and CRM - Execute SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing for localized integrations to ensure data integrity - Manage application deployments and releases using existing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines - Utilize monitoring and observability tools like Azure Monitor and Splunk to track integration health and trace data flows - Translate local market business requirements into technical configurations and data mappings - Act as the primary technical liaison between global integration engineering teams, local business stakeholders, and vendors - Analyze and resolve complex integration issues focusing on data routing failures, payload mismatches, and transformation errors - Identify performance bottlenecks in data flows and suggest optimizations to core cloud engineering teams - Ensure system stability during high-pressure go-live and rollout phases - Drive deployment timelines and coordinate pilot rollouts in local markets - Provide dedicated hyper-care support during cutovers and production ramp-up - Communicate project progress, technical risks, and deployment blockers clearly to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or a relevant discipline - Strong experience in troubleshooting Azure PaaS services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, Azure SQL) - Hands-on experience in API integrations, event-driven architecture, and microservices - Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and data transformation - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and IaC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) - Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Splunk, AppDynamics) - Familiarity with enterprise security standards and SSO configurations - Experience integrating POS systems with ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and CRM platforms - Understanding of retail data flows and operations including sales, inventory, and payments - Experience in retail and large-scale POS transformation programs - Exposure to multi-country deployments and localization requirements - Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns and enterprise integration frameworks - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-stakes deployment environments - Excellent stakeholder communication across global and local teams As a POS & Retail (PaaS)- Lead Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the technical setup, deployment, and localization of a custom PaaS integration layer for enterprise POS SaaS transformation programs.
