Backend Developer OCD Platform

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing scalable and maintainable backend components aligned with platform standards - Contributing to ongoing platform evolution and enhancement initiatives - Designing and integrating MongoDB / NoSQL data models - Building and maintaining RESTful APIs consumed by CRM and digital platforms - Ensuring performance, reliability, and data consistency across services - Actively contributing to code reviews and merge requests - Following development standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines - Collaborating closely with DevOps engineers for build, deployment, and release activities - Supporting refactoring and optimization initiatives - Participating in the continuous improvement of development processes and tooling As a qualified candidate, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a Backend Developer with CRM OCD Platforms - Strong experience in Java / Spring Boot backend development - Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases - Hands-on experience and understanding of REST API design and integration - Experience with Git-based development workflows - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments - Experience working on CRM platforms or data-driven systems is a strong plus - Exposure to enterprise or large-scale backend architectures is preferred - Ability to work effectively in an offshore delivery environment - Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to code quality - Good communication skills and collaborative attitude As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
