About the role
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Monitor system performance, availability, and security. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system reliability. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices. Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes. Maintain Linux servers and automate operational tasks. Manage configuration using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet. Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Linux administration. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation. Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Experience with Git version control. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, VPN, SSL, load balancers, and firewalls. Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer) are preferred. Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of Kubernetes Helm, ArgoCD, or FluxCD. Experience with Terraform modules and cloud networking. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have
