As a Senior Frontend Developer at VISICS, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable frontend architecture for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve defining and enforcing coding standards, reviewing code, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers. You will also participate in technical planning and system design. Your expertise in React.js (modern hooks and patterns) and TypeScript will be crucial in building high-quality web applications and contributing to cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture for web and mobile applications - Define and enforce coding standards and best practices - Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers - Participate in technical planning and system design - Build high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript - Develop or contribute to cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter - Optimize application performance across devices and browsers - Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests - Handle error tracking, logging, and monitoring - Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers - Contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in React.js (modern hooks and patterns) - 3+ years of experience in TypeScript - Strong experience in performance optimization - 13+ years of experience in React Native or Flutter - Mobile performance optimization experience - App store deployment experience (iOS/Android) - Knowledge of Next.js or similar frameworks (SSR/SSG) - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) - Experience with Docker or containerized deployments - Experience working on large-scale or production-grade applications - Exposure to both web and mobile frontend development - Good understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns In addition to the technical requirements, you will be a key player in technical decision-making, performance optimization, and mentoring other developers across both web and mobile platforms.
