About the Role: In this role, you will design and test how users talk to Louie Voice and how Louie Voice responds. Instead of designing screens, you will design and test voice conversations. If you enjoy understanding users, simplifying ideas, and thinking deeply about how things work, this role is for you! Responsibility (What You'll Do): - Design end-to-end voice journeys for mobile apps and websites for successful completion of a transaction - Take full ownership of the voice experience from design to customer delivery - Turn complex processes into simple and natural conversations - Think about what users might say and how Louie Voice should respond - Work closely with product and engineering teams What We're Looking For: - Excellent writing and communication skills (both spoken and written) - Ability to think from a user's point of view - Ability to think of creative ideas and turn them into practical solutions - Strong attention to detail - Ability to simplify complex ideas - Curiosity about new technology and voice-based interfaces A sense of responsibility and ownership Product & Customer B2B Dynamics - At Louie Voice, we have developed an AI driven SDK (a software plug-in) which can voice-enable any app or website in the world- enabling users to do all critical transactions end to end with just their voice commands, in 40 global languages. - In other words, Louie Voice SDK is a software plug-in that a B2B customer has to integrate with their app/ website in order to voice enable multiple functionalities / transactions of their app with Louie Voice. - Louie Voice SDK is NOT AN APP but a B2B Product (SDK) - Louie Voice is currently focusing on the Financial sector with Indias Biggest Bank, SBI, as one of its customers.
