About the role
As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software on time. You will work closely with Engineering leads and other developers to architect, design, and deliver the product. Your understanding of coding standards and best practices will be crucial as you participate in code reviews and optimizations. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to other development team members and be involved in the overall software development life cycle. Your contributions to innovation and overcoming technology limitations will directly impact customer experience. You will also report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering high-quality software on time - Working closely with Engineering leads and developers for product architecture and design - Understanding and implementing coding standards and best practices - Participating in code reviews and optimizations - Providing technical guidance to development team members - Involvement in the software development life cycle - Contributing to innovation and overcoming technology limitations - Reporting on development, quality, operations, and system performance to management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - Solid understanding of engineering process best practices, code quality, build/release pipelines, security, and live operations - Expertise in architecting distributed scalable products using micro-services architecture - 5+ years of hands-on experience in .Net, .Net Core, and Azure Cloud - Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS Services, Azure Web Apps, Azure API Management, Azure SQL Server, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage Service, Azure Cosmos DB - Exposure in building RESTful APIs with monitoring tools like New Relic, statsd, graphite, fault tolerance, and metrics - Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases - Familiarity with agile development methods and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to various audiences As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software on time.
