Practice Manager Cloud, DevOps & Cybersecurity Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 812 years overall (Minimum 3 years in a team, delivery, or practice leadership role) Department: Managed IT Services Business Unit: GreenCloud & CyberOps About the Role Are you a builder Green Call Technology is seeking an entrepreneurial Practice Manager to architect, launch, and run our newly formed GreenCloud & CyberOps service line. This is a build-and-operate role. You will turn our established strengths in software development and managed IT into repeatable consulting frameworks and profitable, recurring managed services. Rather than being a narrow specialist in a single tool, you are someone who possesses strong depth in at least two of our core domains (Cloud, DevOps, or Cybersecurity) and has the leadership capability to govern specialists across the third. Key Responsibilities Practice Strategy & Commercial Ownership: Define our service catalog, pricing structures, and packaged offers (e.g., Secure Cloud Foundation, Managed DevSecOps). Own the P&L targets, including revenue, utilization, and gross margins. Presales & Solution Architecture: Lead technical discovery workshops, translate complex business needs into secure reference architectures, and author winning Statements of Work (SOW) and RFP responses. Delivery Governance & Operations: Establish delivery standards, resource allocation frameworks, runbooks, and escalation paths to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Internal Transformation: Use Green Calls own website, cloud footprint, and software products as the initial reference environment to implement a repeatable DevSecOps and security baseline. Team Leadership: Design the organizational structure, hire and mentor cloud/DevOps engineers and security analysts, and build a culture of operational discipline and continuous learning. Required Technical Capability Areas 1. Cloud Infrastructure & Operations Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Core Architecture: Multi-tenant landing zones, identity & access management (IAM), advanced networking, compute, storage, and databases. Operations: Cloud cost optimization (FinOps), monitoring, observability, backup, and automated disaster recovery (DR). 2. DevOps & Platform Engineering CI/CD & Automation: Git-based workflows, release automation, and secure software delivery pipelines. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or comparable orchestration tools. Containerization: Containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and environment configuration management. 3. Cybersecurity & Governance SecOps & Engineering: Identity & Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM), vulnerability scanning, centralized logging, endpoint security, and network defenses. DevSecOps Integration: Embedding security gates into the SDLC (code scanning, dependency tracking, secrets management). Risk & Compliance: Supporting client readiness for frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001; orchestrating independent penetration testing and formal security audits. Qualifications & Preferred Certifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A postgraduate degree in technology or business management is a plus. Security Leadership: CISSP, CISM, or CCSP. Cloud Architecture: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Azure Administrator / DevOps Engineer. Cloud-Native: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Security Specialist (CKS). Assurance: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor.
