Senior AI Full Stack Engineer (MERN + Next.js) (India)

Company: Vision Infotech Location: Surat Experience: 3 to 4 years Job Type: Full-Time / In office Job Summary Build scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js and Node.js while leveraging AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Develop scalable applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router, API Routes). - Build secure REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries. - Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing and documentation. - Write clean, reusable, secure and well-tested code. - Optimize frontend and backend performance. - Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. - Use Git and CI/CD workflows. - Lead feature architecture and technical decisions. - Understand client requirements. - Lead the development team. - Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews. - Own sprint planning, estimation and delivery. - Drive AI adoption and engineering best practices. - Ensure scalability, security and production readiness.
