Troubleshoot desktops, hardware, printers & LAN. Install/configure Windows OS, TCP/IP, DHCP & DNS. Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint & IT tickets. Support hybrid (On-Prem to Cloud) IT infrastructure. strong comm skills Required Candidate profile B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA in Comp Science/IT 3–4 years of Desktop Support experience knowledge of Windows Desktop Admin. Hands-on exp in Active Directory & Office 365 understanding of Networking & LAN
