Job description: Job Title: Java Developer (Fresher to 3 Years) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience: 03 Years Work Location: In Person About the Role We are looking for a motivated Java Developer to join our development team. This position is open for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who have a basic understanding of Java technologies and are eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Core JavaWork with Advanced Java concepts (JDBC, Servlets, JSP basics)Build and maintain backend applications using Spring BootUse Hibernate / JPA for database operationsWork with databases like MySQLWrite clean and efficient codeFix bugs and improve application performanceWork closely with senior developers and team membersRequired Skills Bachelors degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, or related fieldBasic knowledge of Core JavaUnderstanding of OOP conceptsBasic knowledge of Spring BootBasic understanding of Hibernate / JPAKnowledge of MySQL DatabaseGood logical thinking and problem-solving skillsPreferred (Good to Have) Internship or academic project in JavaBasic understanding of REST APIsFamiliarity with GitFreshers Welcome Freshers with strong Core Java knowledge and academic projects in Spring Boot are encouraged to apply.
