About the role
As an experienced professional in embedded software development and Agile/ASPICE processes, your main mission in this role is to have end-to-end ownership of a feature related to Instrument cluster, displays & Electrification products. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, capture software requirements, allocate tasks to appropriate teams, and ensure the quality of implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead feature planning, tracking, change & defect management - Define work packages and expand them into work items - Establish project plans based on milestones - Negotiate technical requirements and delivery timing with customers - Estimate efforts for software requirements - Manage change requests and defects - Track certification and manufacturing activities - Develop statements of work (SOW) and manage work packages for third-party features - Define feature requirements/evolution with customers - Analyze system requirements and their impact - Define feature requirements in collaboration with customers - Track issues and mature requirements - Collaborate on functional requirements evolution - Ensure clear communication of dependencies and their impact - Identify critical requirements and Proof-Of-Concepts (POC) - Define feature execution flow diagram aligned with SW Architecture - Document SW functional and non-functional requirements - Lead HMI definition and ensure feature performance is defined - Conduct Software Requirements walk-through - Define verification criteria, method, and owner for each SW requirement - Review development test reports and assess feature maturity - Requirement management and process compliance - Establish requirements baseline for features - Adhere to ASPICE standard level 2 - Comply with Software Requirements Management Plan Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: - Experienced in embedded software development and Agile/ASPICE processes - Familiar with AUTOSAR Architecture and components - Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet, XCP, ETK) - Strong knowledge of ISO and SAE diagnostics standards (ISO14229, ISO15765, SAE1939, etc.) - Experience in Flash boot loader of internal and external memory preferred - Familiar with OBD, EOBD, and calibration over XCP - Proficient in Requirements Management tools like DNG/Jira/Confluence and tools like MATLAB, Visio - Hands-on experience in debugging hardware circuits - Exposure to hardware circuits and understanding HW components datasheets/user manuals - Experience in bookshelf/platform development preferable - Experience as a solution architect working with OEMs preferred - Experience in developing embedded real-time safety-critical software systems using processes desirable As an experienced professional in embedded software development and Agile/ASPICE processes, your main mission in this role is to have end-to-end ownership of a feature related to Instrument cluster, displays & Electrification products.
