Mission of the Role: Be OEMs supplier of Choice through Execution Excellence by delivering highest value to shareholders Key Objectives of this Role: Program Delivery on time & with quality content. Key Performance Indicators: Flawless Launch of the program on schedule/Meeting EBITDA & IRR of the program/Prototype delivery on time to customer/Gate Review on time/Ontime Risk Escalation Key Year One Deliverables: Flawless launch of the program on time, within budget with required quality Parameters. Good relationship building with customer for business management.
