About the role
As an Architectural / Draftsman (CAD Designer) at House Banao in Delhi, Netaji Subhash Place, your role involves preparing accurate architectural and interior CAD drawings, creating 2D and 3D designs, and developing MEP drawings as per project requirements. Freshers with strong software knowledge and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Architectural and Interior CAD drawings - Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings and layouts - Create and modify MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings - Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings - Coordinate with designers, architects, and project teams for drawing updates - Ensure drawings meet project specifications and technical standards - Revise drawings based on client or site requirements - Maintain proper drawing records and documentation Required Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Knowledge of 2D & 3D drafting - Understanding of Architectural and Interior drafting - Experience with MEP drawings preferred - Knowledge of Vray, SketchUp, or other 3D software is an added advantage - Good attention to detail and technical understanding - Ability to work within deadlines Eligibility: - Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field - Freshers with strong CAD skills may apply - Experienced candidates are also welcome At House Banao, you will have the opportunity to work on real architectural and interior projects in a learning and growth-oriented work environment.
