About the role
As a Production Engineer at Vivitron Energy, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations at our facility in Peenya, Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will include optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control standards, and implementing effective production plans. You will be expected to have hands-on experience in Spot Welding (Manual / Automatic), CV sensing, BMS configuration, and knowledge of 2W Battery Pack assembly and testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving shop-floor production challenges, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining quality and safety standards during production. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in Spot Welding (Manual / Automatic) - Experience in CV sensing and BMS configuration - Knowledge of 2W Battery Pack assembly and testing - Identifying and resolving shop-floor production challenges - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations - Maintaining quality and safety standards during production Qualifications: - Experience in lithium battery manufacturing or energy storage industry - Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Experience in quality control procedures and manufacturing standards - Ability to work effectively in a production environment In addition to the above, the preferred candidate profile includes 15 years of manufacturing/production experience, knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization, familiarity with battery pack assembly processes, and an immediate joining preference.
