About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Conduct failure analysis on electronic components and semiconductors to identify root causes of failures. Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures, working closely with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with design engineers to modify designs based on failure analysis results, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., test reports, customer feedback) to identify trends and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process. Job Requirements : 3-7 years of experience in electronics testing or a related field. Strong understanding of electronic components and semiconductor technology. Experience with failure analysis techniques such as FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), DFA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis), etc.
